• End: Summit of Pico do Facho, with 360° panoramic views over the entire island, the golden sand beach (Praia de Porto Santo), the harbour, and across to Madeira on clear days
• Distance: ~3–4 km one way (approx. 6–8 km round trip)
• Difficulty: Easy–Moderate — a steady uphill on a dirt/stone track, no technical difficulties
• Time: ~1–1.5 hours up, ~45 min back down
• Highlights: Views from the summit, the cross and orientation table at the top, and at dawn/dusk you may be able to spot the Ilhas Desertas and Madeira's peaks
• Best time: Early morning or late afternoon to avoid the midday sun — Porto Santo has very little tree cover
